BUILD'23 Hackathon - Discord Server
Hey!
You're in. Welcome to BUILD'23! (Don’t read if you already received email - discord invite below)
We organized this hackathon because modern education systems doesn’t actually teach modern technologies and product skills needed to create cool and impactful projects. So, we created BUILD'23 to bridge these opportunities to students and direct the focus on the crucial social issues present in today's society.
Some of you have a more technical based background. Some of you also have a UI/UX-oriented background. That doesn't matter for this hackathon - we believe everyone can build cool stuff using different skillsets. In BUILD'23, we've created technical and non-technical based hack requirements. So, no excuses.
I'll try to keep this email short, but please read carefully on areas bolded for dates and times.
Logistics and Timings
Our event information is being released periodically on our Instagram and Linkedin. Workshops will take place from morning to afternoon in PST for both the 18th and 19th. Additional workshop information will be released on our instagram and our discord server.
No Team? Don't Worry
Before the kickoff, we will be hosting games + networking sessions on 02/17 to let like-minded people get to know each other and form teams
